CBCI Telecom offers you 3 easy ways to submit your Technical Service requests. Our Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Eastern Standard Time. All requests received outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.

Contact Support by submitting a service request online from your computer or mobile device

When you fill out the form to submit a service request, a unique tracking number is generated and sent automatically to a Customer Service representative. When submitting your request, please provide as many details as possible describing your technical issue or question. After submitting your service request, you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative.

To submit a service request for technical assistance, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the form located on the right hand side of this page.
  2. Fill in all of the required fields and be sure to provide as much information as possible describing your issue or question. (If you need to attach a file in relation to your request, submit your request and reply to the automatic response with your attached file.)

After you submit your request, a Customer Service representative will contact you by phone or email.

Please be sure to refer to the unique tracking number you have received for any communications you have pertaining to this technical issue or question.
