CBCI Telecom offers you 3 easy ways to submit your Technical Service requests. Our Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Eastern Standard Time. All requests received outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.
When you fill out the form to submit a service request, a unique tracking number is generated and sent automatically to a Customer Service representative. When submitting your request, please provide as many details as possible describing your technical issue or question. After submitting your service request, you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative.
