MONTREAL, QC – November, 10th 2016 – CBCI Telecom, Canada’s Leader in Unified Communications, is one of the country’s premiere employers, according to the 2017 Aon Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada study, released today. This is the 7th year that CBCI has been listed.
Becoming a Best Small and Medium Employer is a very detailed and competitive process. This national awards program recognizes top employers with between 50 and 399 employees. “Being a Platinum or Gold Aon Best Employer in Canada doesn’t just happen – it takes teamwork and a commitment to excellence from leaders, managers and employees alike,” said Neil Crawford, Partner and Canada Talent Practice Leader at Aon Hewitt. “Once again, congratulations for being ranked as an employer of excellence.”
The rankings are determined primarily by the results of an online, Employee Opinion Surveys managed by AON Hewitt. The evaluation process also includes the assessment of organizational practices and perspectives from the leadership team.
